| The second annual UK Music Hall of Fame event took place last night, with Ozzy Osbourne stealing the show. The Black Sabbath front man pulled down his trousers and mooned the audience when up on stage, saying the awards evening needed a boost. "I thought they needed livening up a bit. That was a lot of fun," he said following his trouser dropping antics. Ozzy and Black Sabbath were joined on the night by other new additions to the UK Music Hall of Fame including New Order, Pink Floyd and the Who. Honours were also given posthumously to Jimi Hendrix and DJ John Peel, who died last year. Speaking in an introduction to the award, Blur and Gorillaz man Damon Albarn heaped praise on the late Peel, someone he greatly admired. "John Peel was somebody that we could all trust. Throughout his life, he gave people a sense of a bigger world out there," Albarn said. The new inductees join those from last year's event including the Beatles, Madonna, U2, Michael Jackson and Queen.
