| Sugababes held off the challenge of Robbie Williams to make it two weeks at number one. The trio remained top of the pop pile with Push the Button despite the release of Robbie's new single, Tripping. The first single from the upcoming album Intensive Care, Tripping entered the official UK top 40 at number two, meaning the Pussycat Dolls' Don't Cha slips to third. Elsewhere, there were new top ten entries for Depeche Mode, Bloc Party and Mariah Carey, but Ricky Martin's new single I Don't Care just missed out, charting at 11. In albums, Franz Ferdinand's latest release You Could Have It So Much Better flew straight into number one, meaning it was only one week at the top for Katie Melua's Piece By Piece. Paul Anka's Rock Swings was the only other new entry in the top ten albums, with Charlotte Church's Tissues and Issues the biggest climber, up seven places to number 28.
