| American hip-hop and rap stars Jay-Z and Nas have made friends after a long-running fall out finally ended last night. Jay-Z was headlining New York radio station Power 105.1's Power House concert at the Continental Airlines Arena in New Jersey when the crowd-shocking reunion took place. The show was called I Declare War, but should perhaps have been named I Declare Peace, with the reuniting of Diddy and D-Block the inspiration behind Jay-Z's change of heart. Jay-Z welcomed Nas on stage with a shout of "Let's Go Esco", and the rapper, famous for his song I Can, ran onstage to the delight of the crowd. Jay-Z has been the subject of rumours that he would like to return to the performance side of the rap and hip-hop world, having been a producer at his co-owned Roc-A-Fella records for a few years. The record company was a joint venture with Damon Dash, but the pair have recently sold up, prompting speculation that the boyfriend of Beyonce could be ready to start making his own music once again.
