The former crutches of everyone's favourite tabloid drug addict, Pete Doherty, lived up to their name yesterday and left fans waiting to 2:00 in the morning in a no-show.

The band were due to perform at London's KOKO venue last night but decided to leave it to the early hours before informing bored and restless fans they would not be appearing.

Troubled singer Doherty pleaded guilty to possession of heroin, crack cocaine and cannabis at his court hearing yesterday at London's Thames Magistrates' Court.
