50 Cent fuels feud with The Game

Date: 19/07/2006

US rapper 50 Cent has fuelled the feud between himself and hip hop rival The Game.

According to MTV, the rapper famous for hit album Get Rich or Die Tryin' has slapped a picture of The Game on his latest mix tape…minus his clothes.

Although it is not true that The Game is depicted as completely naked on the tape. In the digitally enhanced image, he is preserving his modesty by wearing a thong.

The picture appeared on 50 Cent's new mix tape, G-Unit Radio Part 21: Hate It or Love It.

50 Cent may well argue that he was provoked into the action, however, after his music nemesis showed a digitally enhanced image of 50 Cent ally the G-Unit dressed up like one of the figures in the band Village People.

Included on the tape are extracts from The Game's appearance on dating show Change of Heart.

Responding to the picture at a performance in LA, The Game said: "They got me dressed like a stripper on their new mix tape - I look kinda cute."

The two rappers' rivalry has become infamous in the hip hop world, although some cynics have suggested that it has helped the sales of the respective parties.

Now the music world will just have to sit back and await the reaction from The Game.

Meanwhile, 50 Cent can look forward to working with LL Cool J while he awaits the reprisal. He will be an executive-producer on LL's next LP, Todd Smith Part 2: Back to Cool.

"It's my last Def Jam record so I wanted to make it something special and something really unique and kinda get back to my roots a little bit," LL said, according to MTV.

"50 reminds me a lot of the things that I used to do and the places I used to be in my life and I think we can have a good time together.

"He's talented and I feel like I have something I want to say - I think he can help me get it off my chest," he added.

Both men were brought up in the Queens area of New York, which should provide the pair with plenty to talk about while cutting the album.
