50 Cent gives all he's worth

Date: 05/10/2005

American rapper 50 Cent has claimed he is the hardest working rapper around after he recorded an album and filmed a new movie – at the same time!

The immensely popular rap sensation was filming his movie debut Get Rich or Die Tryin' and at the same time recording the soundtrack which also features new G-Unit members MOP and Mobb Deep.

It was obviously tough for the world famous rapper: "I created the music for the soundtrack while I was actually filming the movie. I had a studio trailer with me and would record every day between takes.50 Cent gives all he's worth I keep telling you, I'm the hardest working man alive," 50 said in a statement.

The film is reportedly based on 50 Cent's (real name Curtis Jackson) life, including times before he became known worldwide.

It is directed by six times Oscar nominee Jim Sheridan and is described by the film's website as a "hard-hitting drama".

The hard work obviously took its toll on the Eminem prodigy, who recently confessed to throwing ten times too much money to his fans when trying to make a gesture of goodwill.
